21 days to develop a new routine
Today the fantastic reference group met again, on a beautiful day out in the archipelago.
The theme for the day was yoga with our own participant Lisa Sandwall. Fully concentrated we followed her at the dock, with the wind slightly blowing in our faces.
In 21 days the group has gone from BMI 25,8 to 25,3. They evaluate that they have more time for daily activities that increase the heart beat and they eaten more healthy food and less junk food. The group also say that they drink less alkohol and that they sleep better, all this in 21 days! I am excited to follow them further into a consistant new lifestyle.
