15-minute warm-up of your body with BungyPump poles

Before a hard workout, a round of golf or a hard day at work it is great to give your body a chance to be properly warmed up. May I introduce you to a 15-minute warm-up program with your Bungy Pump poles?

You start with 10 minutes walking with the BungyPump poles. Walk with an upright posture, look straight forward and forward with your chest.

Shoulder width between the feet, the pole hanging in front of the hips, slightly bent knees. Fold the upper body forward, bend at the knee joints, move the pole up on straight arms and slowly tilt the upper body backwards. Return to starting position. See also the first picture in this article.

Shoulder width between the feet, place the pole on straight arms above the head, tilt the upper body to the sides alternately at a leisurely pace.

Shoulder width between the feet, knees slightly bent, place the pole on the shoulders behind the neck, rotate the upper body as far as you can to the sides alternately at a leisurely pace. The golfrotation!
