Swedish BungyPumpers visiting South Africa

Helena and Rikard has been diligent enthusiasts with the BungyPumps ever since WiveEffect started to work with them a couple of years ago.

Now, when they are visiting Plett in South Africa they definitely start every day with a 5K BungyPump walk on the beach.

When I ask Helena and Rikard why they are so happy to walk with BungyPumps, here are their answers:

- I want to exercise my cardio and strengthen my core at the same time
- My posture is much better since I started BungyPumping
